Okay, I don't care about either side. Let me look at this shit.

Since this argument started from a new players talents, I'll only look at his specific Talents
>Force of Will
10% Toughness for Staggering an Enemy. Pretty much always happening on higher difficulties with or without it because of chaff and mixed hordes.
>Hold the Line
From my testing, your dog triggers this buff and will keep it up 100% of the time.
>Target the Weak
5 Second debuff meaning you only need to do it once every 5 Seconds.
>Strike Down
Only works on staggered enemies, no timer
>Forceful
Same as Hold the Line, your dog will keep this up 100% of the time.

The only problem I see is Strike Down from his build. This has no timer on it. Meaning they will only get Rending from anything staggered. However, seeing as he's a Dog Explosion / Break the Line build, I'd argue it's probably fine. Especially since Concussion is only available on Melee Weakspot hit.

Unless I'm missing something, yeah, Concussion seems almost pointless. Especially since he already said he's only doing Aurics and not Havoc.
