no box store will sell msrp (of any product or will go broke) but if they are trying to sell for more then 10%+ msrp then just stop going to them. people on facebook groups are selling the decks without promos for less then $10/each if you just want to play. Also seems like boxes might not be a issue, since box shops near me said they should get plenty even after starters sold out in a day (well they kept 64 for the 2 events happening).
