yeah and on the casino floor they pump the AC to such a cold level it's uncomfortable. almost everything is done poorly in LV. the incompetence is staggering. probably due to competency crisis. even your uber/taxi driver might fuck up and charge your card $200 instead of $20. that's why it's best to use cash and take the bus.
