It is very hard to say because the celts werent a clear cut homogenous group. The early iron age samples in Britain vary widely and some are germanic, some have very wierd dna almost neolithic.
If you would use the neolithic celtic samples as reference and use wielbark culture goths as germanic refrence then modern day germanic people are even more germanic.
If you use the most celtic anglo saxon sample vs the most germanic anglo saxon sample it gets also different.
