Don't fucking bulk, that has been disproven a long time ago. If you bulk you'll just become a fat slob.
All you have to do is lift hard as fuck, not just a little bit, lift so heavy that you can barely lift it. Do this 3 times a week and then eat at least 100g protein every day.
Boom, that's it, now repeat for 6-12 months.
