Yeah this is true because they don't wanna die its complicated BPD is complicated but girls in particular are susceptible to emotional reasoning so they self-harm or try to KYS instantly but the moment the pills go down they realize the gravity of what they did and call 9/11.

BPD meds like antipsychotics/mood stabilizers literally impossible to KYS on that shit but alot of them are prescribed benzos for serious anxiety which if abused properly is a one way ticket to Gensokyo unless 9/11 gets to you in a few hours.
