A lot of Western One Piece fans believe that Enel was modeled/based off of Eminem even though Oda has literally never said that was the case and has never made any references to support it. Oda has referenced real life celebrities in his designs before, but he's usually pretty open about it.
The only correlation that Enel and Eminem have is that he's a white guy with blonde hair and Eminem was popular around the time Skypeia started. Both of those are circumstantial at best but people still regularly say he's based off of Eminem as a piece of trivia or "fun fact".
