I love the Gold Rush fishing tournament. We bring in fifty thousand golden rainbow trout and disperse them over a bunch of lakes in streams and then have round robin competitions to see who can catch the most. There are prizes and everything, it's a lot of fun. Happens every year.
Probably my favorite holiday next to the Chilli Festival.
