True, but it's still unrealistic for the show to ever give them back to her. If the crew stops being retarded then they could give Peridot machines much more useful than her limb enhancers ever were but they won't because then people will like her too much and not care about any of the other characters (well, OP is direct evidence that this is already the case for many fans already so that would be the final nail in the coffin for every other character)
