I wouldn't say dead but it has a huge problem with player retention. It has a bump on patch day and then almost immediately those players leave which is complete cancer for an MMO.
Yes I know steam isn't the full picture, but it's a sample size and I don't have anything else. It's supposed to represent apparently 10% of the player base according to Lucky Bancho.
