I switched to ANSI a decade ago after buying a tactile membrane chinesium board from a local market when I was younger. You will feel a major difference in how you type compared to ISO and it took me a surprisingly like time to get used to the new enter/backspace arrangement. I am used to both now and use an ANSI as my daily driver, but I still prefer ISO.
As for recs I would suggest looking at Keychron. Their K2, K3, V1 and Q1 seem to tick the boxes at 75% size and ISO. However the Q1 is a bit more at £180. There is also the V10 if you want something funky like an Alice layout and for 100% they do the K10 and V6. Only problem is I am unsure how many of those boards have back lighting as I am a non-back light kinda guy.
You also have Akko and their kits which are far cheaper and their 5075Bs are decent TKLs with ISO and back lighting. They have them in UK stock too at the moment on their .eu site for €118. The only catch is the 5075Bs only have a choice between linears and clickies as stock but they are hot swap so you could buy some tactiles to swap the linears or clickies out.
