Should I install new brake pads when replacing brake rotors because of wear? I usually do both at the same time, but for this car the OEM manual has a technical advice bulletin with the following:
>Do not replace serviceable brake pads when replacing brake discs. There is no technical reason that could justify a replacement.
>Replace the brake discs only.
>Do not replace the brake pads.
>No warranty claims will be accepted for unnecessary replacements of brake pads
