If your main goal at the gym is strength, and the majority of your workouts consist of heavy compound lifts, do you feel like prehab or isolation exercises are important? If i want a strong lower back and avoid injury in the future, can i achieve this only doing deadlifts and rows correctly or is it important to incorporate some back extensions or some goodmornings also? I had shoulder surgery so i wonder how much i should prioritize prehab and mobility if i want to get serious about more push lifts.

They are really the only European Americans to keep pride and traditions alive. If you’re German American, English American, etc. you’re just generic white American. I even heard from an older Italian native that some traditions that have been largely forgotten by Italians are still kept alive in the Italian American community.
