It's hip to put a nigger in an ad to show your company isn't raycis, it's pure imagery and illusion, pandering identity politics to get money from Blackrock, and all the lib millenials in marketing think it's cool to do so. that is all. Again, i'm not saying brown managers and CEOs DONT EXIST, i'm saying by volume of those races and their respective socio-economic status based on many census and surveys and, y'know, my own fucking eyes and experiences, that's NOT THE NORM.
