It's so weird, because there have been plenty of implications but not once has anything ever outright mentioned it. The series is well-acquainted with gods, demons, spirits, and all sorts of things in between, but the closest thing we have to a traditional afterlife location is probably the Sacred Realm, except that's just where the Triforce lives instead of a more typical Heaven.
But in this post-Skyward Sword world we live in, perhaps it's for the best.
