I'm not looking for girl advice, but I got broken up with two weeks ago and I'm still working out but I've lost my appetite and I can't sleep. My workouts are alright but I don't have that extra motivation that most seem to get after a breakup. All I can think about is how much of a loser I am.
Any bros here ever been in this situation? How do I get the spark back?
