The wound got infected and had to be amputated, the family sued for malpractice and the hospital settled out of court as usual.
He's anger because he wanted to go for court and the medical board didn't want bad rep for the hospital.
The idiot refused to take insulin because this was fat shaming her somehow.
What many people don't understand being obese isn't just fat under your skin, your whole body physiology change and not in a good way.
