It already does with BFI, the oled isn't even required. This is a monitor tuned by Blurbuster themselves but there's a few OLED tv which are about as good (like my LGC1, I double strobe using hardware BFI + blurbuster's beam shader and this gives 60fps the clarity level of 240fps). That's the entire point of their work.
Basically there is a way but display manifacturers refuse to listen, except for VR headsets
