The Japanese version makes it sound like Zonda would rather not be doing this but feels she has no choice. She harps continuously about how this is the only way for adepts to survive. She's not focused on subjugation so much as liberation. The English version is a cackling madgirl in comparison, selfishly concerned with her own power and welfare.
