I liked 3.4 but it's only because I liked Khaslana's small arc. Phainon is still ultimately a disappointing character who didn't grow at all in the end. Not a fan of his GBF bootleg design either. I don't find his kit amusing after seeing the animations more than once and it feels deeply cucked to roll characters you won't even see on the field for him. He's a easy skip for me. Maybe one day I'll have a physical DPS
