It's pretty chill. I live in a smaller city, so it's mostly helping people find the books they're looking for, recommending books, returning books to the shelves and buy new books for the library and register them in our database. My colleague has story times for school classes and the neighbouring, slightly bigger city library, have events, like recommending books of certain themes or inviting authors. There can be a bit of downtime so I'll just read books/comics or if I'm working alone I bring my 3DS or watch my phone.
