I’m looking to get a cat from Craigslist. I wanted an Abyssinian but I want an adult cat, not trying to support some dirtbag breeder

This girl is free, looks cute. Says she’s affectionate, parasite free, vaccinated and sterilised. Says teenager so I assume 1-2 years old

Biggest fear is she’ll piss all over, or scratch furniture
