Because investards know that Kanda did a couple of cards that went up in price so surely that must mean ANY Kanda MUST be expensive, right? Same goes for Victini. It's an ugly stock image in red that comes in both sets, BUT IT'S A NEW RARITY AND IT'S SO HARD TO PULL OH MY GOD INVEST INVEST INVEST.
