What she says clearly indicates that she "often remembers" the humans she has met that have fallen down in the same way she "remembers" Frisk after a True Pacifist run, there is no other way to read this but as a confirmation that most of the humans she has met since entering the Ruins had the ability to reset after meeting her and did so at least once.
