Got him on the Emerald romhack I was also playing during this past Pokemon run, not that much to brag about considering how its devs have done their damnest to have them not as rare, with two Shiny Charms available before doing Wynona's gym
I did get Pokerus for the first time 3 months ago though, on a vanilla Emerald run
