A month ago, I binged on 10 of them before a hike. It was 30 minutes after it opened so my doughnuts were fresh as fresh can be. They were god tier and I worked off the calories easily, but that many krispy kreme doughnuts fucked my gut biome until recently. I haven't looked at doughnuts the same way since then, man.
