Marketplace version has weapons but they don't fire, if you get it off the Blackbird website they'll work though I'm not sure how well. AzurPoly's Jaguar's weaponry for example is actually usable in that you drop a bomb and it will explode upon impact, which is impressive for a game not made for that. I wonder if we'll get something like TacPack for MSFS in the future.
