I was not able to find that using a free AI agent system at https://scira.ai/ which usually does a pretty good job. If it's been scrubbed from the main search engines then AI agents will not be able to find it. You would have to rig up an agent system that uses a RAG database of the archive.org data for un.org and then maybe you can find things that have been scrubbed from the internet but not yet the archives.
