Everything is a "hoax" to him. I think him learning to blame very specific things and use very specific words when he does so is one of the things I've really learned to hate about him. Everything is a "- hoax" or a "fake -" or it's some kind of pun or something he comes up with, tries once, gets applauded for, and then never stops calling it that shit.

Lets look at this objectively: We know that he doesn't like exercise, because of his whole "human battery" thing and because he thinks riding a golf cart around and swinging at balls once a month is an amazing workout routine. We know he's way over weight, because we all have eyes. We know he's old, being like 80 at this point. And we know he eats like crap, because it's constant McDonald's and KFC for Trump. All of this basically shows that he's just living poorly for decades. There's a lot he could have, but organ failure is at the top of the list I would assume. Most organ failure can cause swelling and lesions, but it's more likely the bruising is from medical tests he's getting.
They've also been going out of their way the last few weeks to not show his right hand (so he's probably been getting blood taken exclusively from that hand) and to not show him getting up or sitting down. He's usually in a room sitting ahead of everyone else when he needs to be anyway. He sits more than he stands, too. Like, when you see him now he's almost always sitting even when others are standing. We also know he can't actually bend over because of that moment when he dropped all those papers and everyone else had to get them.
It's hard to say overall, without a medical report or a personal/family history. But I'd say it's not UNLIKELY he has some kind of organ failure, possibly massive but unlikely. He might also have some form of cancer or cirrhosis, those can cause some similar issues as well.

I'm still amazed a guy who looked like this was elected President. The US usually has really extreme opinions about looks for politicians and celebrities. What did people ever see in this guy?
