Second:
If you're asking because you're seeking assurance because you are afraid you are bad, stop. Because that's a fear-based decision. Seeking assurance will make you feel better. It will train your brain that fear kept you alive so the fear will return. Ignore the fear. Accept who you are and be whatever you consider to be better.
