I like the idea of being feminized by someone because I am ashamed of being transgender and am unable to express myself as feminine in real life due to the environment I live in. I guess it's kinda like a rape fantasy, where it removes my agency and therefore the blame of my behaviors and the way I am can't be pinned on me. I think sexualizing the feelings also makes it seem less scary or saddening, since sex is tied to reward systems, it's basically a cheatcode for how to make something scary or sad into something good-feeling. Not that that's healthy, though. I just mean that's why it happens as a coping mechanism.
