To add to this, Danbooru has a nifty "Related Tags" feature which can help narrow down particular artists (I use Category "Artist", Order by "Jaccard")

In terms of pixellation related tags, using "lowres", "dithering", "pixel art" and maybe "voxel art" could help. Afterwards, throwing it into photoshop and applying a light pixellation filter can really crisp things up too.
