Guys I'm losing my mind a little, and this is going to be the dumbest most overdiscussed question ever probably, but I'd like to ask anons I trust than google.
But why are fromsoft souls games so shit when it comes to quests, items etc.
I played Elden Ring at released, loved it put +100h into it, got to leyndrell and then paused for 2 years. Now I'm back and I feel like my attitude to games has changed a lot, I still love exploring and looting things. But I'm really upset about having to use the internet to play this game without having a terrible time.
When it comes to quests, I just tried to follow the Millicent one, and I just have to imagine how kino it would be to naturally come across her standing somewhere new, it is probably an unbelievable feeling.
So.. the question here is, are these games just made for the literal 3 people who don't use guides?
I'm just so confused, in this example, without guides I would have missed it, with guides my experience sucks, so what am I doing "wrong"? Am I missing something here? B
