When I took out the filter it wasn't terribly dirty and the pump does not pull out any
I also cleaned out the siphon and my normal drain that is attached to the same siphon drains really well again.
My guess is it is something with either the pump itself or between the pump and the siphon, which I'm not going to check today.

I just wish it would have at least finished the load yesterday... :/
