Do you specifically want strategy, or is it more that you don't want high pressure games? If you specifically want strategy, it's a little harder because my go-to turn-based strategy/tactics games (Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, FFT, and Tactics Ogre) are mostly single player. I'd probably still suggest FFTA because I like it, and I'd just hang out watching you play and chatting with you as you play. Which I'd find enjoyable.

If she's open to just low-pressure games, something like Minecraft is a good starter game, and multiplayer.

On my first date with my gf, we were walking beside a river, she was nervous as hell, so I filled in the long gaps in the conversation with lots of autistic facts about the water fowl on the river, especially cormorants. (They're very interesting). For my birthday, about six months later, she gave me a card with a very detailed picture of a cormorant, that she had painted herself.
