K. Rool is a mad scientist and the game hints at a nature vs. technology theme without really committing to it. The enemy designs in particular don't convey this themeing at all when they really should have. Make all the kremlings cyborgs or robot replacements like they did with the bees. They should've just gone full Eggman with this shit but what we got was kinda tepid and lacking.
