It's not even mid, it's a borderline trap card at this point. A 3 mana do nothing that takes 4 - FOUR - QUATTRO - turns give you better card advantage than Nights Whisper or Sign In Blood. Most 3-4 mana black instant /sorcery draw has far better returns when you account for time: for the exact same price you can fix your draws and put two cards in hand right then and now with Read the Bones. Arena's strictly better upgrade, Black market connections, barely reaches mid.
Unless it's in your opening hand or drawn in the first 2 turns you will always hate top decking PA. It never ever helps you when you need it.
