If that’s the case why is your central bank warning if a reccession repeatedly. We know Russia’s spending 40% of the annual state budget on the doomed war effort so military spending is holding strong. Only reason they’d been warning of a reccession therefore has to be to do with the civilian economy. Being able to sustitute goods isn’t the same as ensuring the price remains the same (which based on current Russian official and privately researched dtabshows that things aren’t great).
