>We're roughly 10 months in with this scalping situation.
Crazy how it's been nearly 10 months and all tpci has to say for themselves is "we are printing more". Like that's cool man. The scalpers will just buy up the extra stuff you printed. I feel like I've been seeing a lot more of those cardboard hanger singles (which people will just take entire rows of) and boxes. I haven't really seen an uptick in ETB's, triple blisters, or booster bundles.

At this point the only way to salvage this situation is to either
> print so much product that it tanks prices of singles. This will get rid of all the money obsessed investorbros
I remember like 2 or 3 years ago where retail stores had so much product they wanted to get rid of that they were even running deals and those ETB's, tins, and boxes would sit on shelves for days, sometimes weeks. It needs to get to that point again, but I doubt they'll do this one.

> Made to order higher end items like ETB's, premium collection's, and all special set items
Make use of the pokemon center website by doing a made to order business model through a set period of time so people who don't have time to idle in front of stores or in website queue lines have a chance. This seems like the best option. It stops fomo from customers since they'll be guaranteed to get it and since they are guaranteed, they won't buy from scalpers. It also gets around the bot problem since at this point, let's be honest, they aren't going to beat the bots. Every step they take to counter them is wasted effort since botfriends just figure out a way to get around them. So instead of trying to counter the bots, just heavily deter people from using them.

but who am i kidding. As long as they're making money, tpci doesn't care
