I had the same problem when I was younger and kind of underweight; it was just about gaining more muscle and growing a beard to look a bit older. Then I got on all the retinoids and phototherapy and shit to stop looking older, rofl.

As a mid 30s guy who has done almost all the weird non-surgical skin treatments and has nearly infinitely smoother skin, I agree and recommend she at least does some topical retinoids and chemical peels or something LOL
