I used viramate during 2016-2017 and still have my account. The addon did offered nice qol but also allowed you to bot stuff like quests and the casino iirc which I never did. I don't remember when the captcha system got introduced in gbf but I theorized that if you take too long to solve the captcha/try to "play" through it your account gets flagged.
