I mean I don't know, it's neutral I guess, if you are into documentary about politic, he's your guy. even if you necessary agree with what he has to say, the way he combines music, real footages, and voiceovers narrative, make his documentaries quite fun and profound to watch.
People usually recommend HyperNormalisation (2016) and claimed that it's his best work, I personally think it's Can't Get You Out of My Head (2021) but check out Bitter Lake (2015) instead.
