The hard part is finding someone who can do that and work in a team. Monty himself was a total pain in the ass because he was one of those types who'd just go off and do his own thing and suddenly you've got a whole new sequence or even an entire fucking character overnight that you've got to integrate into an episode that's supposed to air next week.
