Ireland and Spain barely have any Muslim population in comparison. And yet they're the ones who sued Israel in the ICC. For both it just a convenient way to fire up their old anti jew rhetoric (Ireland didn't join allies in WWII and generic anti occupation butthurt, for Spain jewish expulsion).
