You're a lying sack of shit. I eat mostly shrimp, salmon and salads now. I use shredded cabbage for my Alfredo, cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes or rice, low-carb tortillas as wraps for sandwiches, asparagus, broccoli, cucumbers, mushroom, green beans, peppers, occasionally crushed pork rinds for breading, zuchini fries and cooked pumpkin.

Your stomach digests sugar first to give you instant energy. Your large colon digests fat last to grease the exit. If your intestines are full of fats from meat and oils and you eat something sweet, your body instantly converts back to a sugar burner and you absorb all that fat.
