H-B was better at creating appealing characters too, even shows I don't care much for like Jabberjaw or Clue Club, they have cool looking characters
WB hit it out of the park with the main cast eventually, but the fat Porky they tried for a couple cartoons was downright ugly, and Happy Rabbit and Proto Daffy had the same issue a lot of the lesser known WB characters have: bland designs. What kid is going to see a doll of Charlie Dog or the Gophers and say "I want that one, mom"
