For those confused by my Jumper's lack of world-conquering goals, this takes place chronologically at the current tail end of the Mega Man arc of my original chain. Which is like, 18 jumps in

War never changes.
I awoke from my centuries-long slumber, shaking off the rust from my joints as I wondered if there was anything human (Pokemon totally count by the way, they used to breed together, but that's another story) left in me. Biologically speaking, I knew there wasn't. The human body replaced some cells every 7-10 years and kept others for a lifetime, but between my Conduit-accelerated physiology merging biology with photons and data, the nanomachines, and the Reploid altforms creeping into every other form I had just to keep up with the rigours of war I felt-
