I'm an adult with reasonable income and piracy is almost never as convenient as modern digital distribution anymore. That was the explicit goal of Steam. The only shit I actually pirate is what's unavailable or simply worse than the original versions like emulating GameCube games. It's part of why companies like Nintendo are retarded. People want to give them money but they're on some autistic Disney Vault bullshit philosophy about it so you're better off sailing the seven seas. Emulators and d/recompilations are the definitive way to play some games because the developers just sit on the source code and refuse to do the work that unpaid nerds on Github do for free.
