Lego could legit do a Speed Champions style subset of podracers.
they can even twist-the-screws by making them bigger. say... $50 each? ($80 for Sebulba's?) hopefully at that price each set might include a random "spectator" or other important side-character specific to the race.
there are 20 different podracers, at $50 each (which is honestly optimistic, they would be $60 or more) that's $1000+ per [crazy Star Wars collector]!!!
