I hope Miyazaki stays permanently out of these kind of projects in the future, he'd find a way to make the characters look gay and lame. Just compare the character designs from Duskbloods to the ones from Nightreign, there is a world of difference, and that's because B-team/C-team are not obsessed with "elegant and respectable" designs like Miyazaki is.
It seems they prefer to make conventionally appealing designs, and judging by the amount of fanart the characters got, it's also the kind of designs that players like. The characters from SotE got jack shit in comparison because they are boring and they look boring.
